For nearly twenty (20) years, Malaya Services Corporation (MSC), a US-based company, has collected and analyzed statistical data from both NGOs and private enterprises in the US and abroad, correlating employers’ ROI with employees’ satisfaction surveys. As a result of the overwhelming supportive analyses, MSC in 2008 launched a service particularly focused on “home-growing” human capital and a progressive program in long-term retention and lifelong awards system for employees.
